     A comfortable relationship between buyer and client is extremely important.  There needs to be a chemistry between a buyer/seller and his or her agent.  If you are not able to sit down and ask questions (even if  YOU believe it sounds like a silly question!) then you are working with the wrong agent.  That is why I always recommend finding that agent that you are able to communicate with and most importantly one that LISTENS to you, and doesn't do all the talking!  Finding the agent that is a "perfect fit" for you is your first step to a successful transaction--even BEFORE you begin your home search.
